1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of cedisense.ai, run by Eric Dankwa, founder of CediSense, a company being registered in Ghana. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Eric Dankwa and, once it is registered, that company. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What this site is

CediSense provides credit decisioning software to licensed financial institutions. We are not a bank, lender or credit bureau, and we do not make lending decisions. Every lending decision is made by the lender that uses our software.

This site describes our product and tells institutions how to contact us. Nothing on it is an offer of credit, an invitation to apply for a loan, or a promise that our product will be available to you on particular terms.

3. The live demo and example content

The "Watch the agent work" demo and the example credit memo use made-up people and figures. They show how the software is designed to work, run faster than real time, and do not reflect the performance of any CediSense model.

Our credit models are still being trained and tested on real lending data. Please do not rely on any score, band, recommendation or figure shown on this site for any real decision.

4. No financial or legal advice

Information on this site is general. It is not financial, legal, credit or regulatory advice. Lenders remain responsible for their own credit policies and for meeting Bank of Ghana and other legal requirements.

5. How you may use the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. You must not:

• use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the systems behind it;
• copy large parts of the site by automated means, such as scraping;
• send us false information, or pretend to be someone else;
• upload or send viruses or other harmful code.

6. Our content and brand

The CediSense name, logo, text, graphics, demo and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, adapt or reuse them, other than for your own reference or to share a link, without our written permission.

7. Links to other websites

The site may link to other websites, such as the Data Protection Commission. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current, or that the site will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove content at any time.

9. Our liability

As far as Ghanaian law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including the demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

10. Customers

If your institution uses CediSense, our signed customer agreement governs that relationship. If it conflicts with these terms, the customer agreement wins.

11. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data you send us.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ghana, although we will always try to resolve concerns with you directly first.

13. Changes and contact
